ScanDoc Expert is an AI-powered document analysis platform that helps users identify potential risks, inconsistencies, and issues in legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, leases, and employment agreements.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Analysis results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

3. No Legal Advice

ScanDoc Expert is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The AI analysis is intended to assist in identifying potential issues, not to replace professional legal counsel. Always consult a qualified attorney for legal matters.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content of documents you upload.
• You must not upload documents containing illegal content.
• You agree not to abuse, overload, or attempt to compromise the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Credits & Payments

Scan Credits are consumed upon unlocking a full analysis report. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except in cases of technical error on our part (see Refund Policy).

Pricing is subject to change. We will notify registered users of material pricing changes via email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology comprising ScanDoc Expert are the property of CyberNexus Tech. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberNexus Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior, without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberNexus Tech operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or appropriate legal channels.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
